  Inbox processing (weekly)

· Assignment and control of pool, garden service and pest control

· Review and payment of all incoming invoices

· Preparatory bookkeeping and handover to the

  tax consultant

· Organization and control of any repairs or

  Purchases (prior consultation with the owner)

· Correspondence with rental agencies and tenants

· Boat instruction by our licensed captain

· Boat management (check in, check out, service, cleaning)
